Employees Legalization:
Delta service are not limited to legalizing the firms in Qatar, but it goes further into legalizing the staff of those firms. The service listed are required by the Authorities to be able to live and work in Qatar.

Block Visa:
In order for any firm established in Qatar to hire employees from abroad to run the business,an approval must be obtained from the concerned authorities to do so. Each firm applies for this service will be granted an approval for a number of work visa's depending on the activity of the firm, the invested capital and the priority of the project(s) being allocated to the firm.

Work Visa:
Work Visa is requested for each individual hired by the established firm in order to joine the team of that firm. Once the visa is issued, the individual can enter Qatar legaly under the sponsorship of the firm issueing the work visa.

Work Resident Permits :
Once the individual arrives in Qatar, certain formalities must be done in order to legalize his / her stay. A medical test is to be performed by the concerned Authorities. Medically unfitt employees will not be granted approval to stay and will be requested to leave the country Voluntarily or through deportation process. In addition to the medical fittness, the employee must pass a criminal records check by the Finger Printing process.
If medical is approved and criminal records are clear, then the employee can proceed to obtain his / her work residency.

Services (Family):
Families of all Individuals entering Qatar on Work Visa will not be allowed to join with thier spouses till a work residency process is completed and special approval is obtained from the concerned authorities.

Family Visa's:
There are many types of family visa's that can be granted to any Individual wishing to have their families join them in Qatar. Rules and regulations set by the concerned Authorities must be met for the approval to be granted. Each type of family visa has it's own requiremnts and procedure.

Family Visit:
Families (Wife / Husband / Children (of either spouse)/ Mother/Father (of either spouse)can be granted a visit visa for a maximum stay period of six months provided that both (Husband and Wife) have a valid Residency permit in Qatar.
